P365 High Line Pressure Transducer
The P365 transducer is designed to make low differential pressure measurements at high static line pressures. The P365 is ideal for flow or pressure drop measurements in high pressure hydraulic systems. Its compact design and rugged construction allow it to be used in harsh environments.
The DP303 is a true bidirectional, “Wet-Wet” differential pressure sensor designed for applications where very low differential pressures are to be measured in fluid systems involving high line, or working, pressures up to 5000 psig.
The Validyne Model DR800 Draft Range Transmitter is designed exclusively for very low pressure measurement needs. It has a “true” full-scale range as low as ±0.25” H2O, making it ideal for air flow control applications. It can be turned down to ±0.1” H2O; higher full-scale ranges to ±100” H2O are available. The DR800 offers 0.5% accuracy and an operating temperature range of -20°F to +185°F. The total combined temperature effects are less than 3%/100°F.
The P61 is designed for a wide variety of low pressure measurements where high resistance to vibration and superior stability through temperature change is required. The P61 will accept both liquids and gases directly at the sensing diaphragm. The P61 provides USB digital readings directly in engineering units.
The CD19A is a high gain, dual output Carrier Demodulator Plug-In Module for use in MC1 Signal Conditioning System. The unit is used to provide transducer excitation, and to amplify and demodulate the output of carrier-excited strain gage bridges and transducers, variable reluctance transducers, potentiometric transducers and linear and rotary variable differential transformers(LVDT/RVDT).

Pressure transmitter to Detect Burner Flame Instability
The FM approved DR800 was developed to be sensitive enough to detect the low heater pressures, yet responsive enough to capture the pressure waveform prior to a flame-out condition.
Validyne’s P61 USB pressure transducer is used in a research laboratory to measure the pressure drop across the sample on a micro scale for an ideal slice of rock. The results are then extrapolated to the actual field conditions.
