HAAS VF-4SS SUPER SPEED VMC
HAAS DS-20Y DUAL SPINDLE CNC LATHE
ALUMINUM
INCONEL
HASTELLOY
STAINLESS STEEL
Our facility leverages a diverse fleet of 8 CNC centers, including high-speed Haas Super-Speed mills and dual-spindle Y-axis lathes.
From the rapid throughput of our Haas VF-4SS to the heavy-duty reliability of our Mori Seiki and Nakamura-Tome platforms, we bridge the gap between complex prototyping and high-volume production.
HIGH-SPEED & PRODUCTION CNC MILLING
Combining the rapid throughput of Haas Super-Speed technology with the proven reliability of Fadal 3320 workhorses.
Haas VF-4SS (Super-Speed): Featuring a 12,000-RPM inline direct-drive spindle and high-speed machining software for superior 3D surfacing and complex geometries.
Extended Work Envelope: Capacity up to 40″ x 20″ x 25″ (X, Y, Z) for medium-to-large format components and multi-vise production setups.
Production Scalability: 3 Fadal 3320 vertical machining centers providing dedicated capacity for high-volume runs and consistent mid-to-large part production.
Precision Tooling: High-speed side-mount tool changers (24+1 stations) reducing non-cut time and maximizing spindle efficiency.
Material Versatility: Optimized feeds and speeds for everything from 6061-T6 Aluminum and Inconel to 316 Stainless Steel and Tool Steels.
MULTI-AXIS & DUAL-SPINDLE TURNING
Advanced “Done-in-One” manufacturing utilizing high-torque Mori Seiki, Nakamura-Tome, and Haas Y-Axis platforms.
Haas DS-20Y (Dual-Spindle): True Y-axis travel (±2.00″) and Live Tooling allows for off-center milling, drilling, and tapping on a lathe.
Twin-Spindle Efficiency: Opposed-spindle design for automatic part hand-off, enabling the completion of both Op-10 and Op-20 in a single cycle.
Heavy-Duty Turning: Rigidity and high-torque performance from Mori Seiki and Nakamura-Tome centers for high-tolerance work in “tough” alloys.
Small-Part Precision: Haas SL-10 dedicated to fast, high-accuracy small-diameter components (up to 1.625″ bar capacity).
Concentricity & Finish: Elimination of manual secondary operations ensures perfect alignment between front and back-side features.
SURFACE FINISHING AND QUALITY SUPPORT
Full-spectrum post-processing and precision finishing to deliver assembly-ready parts.
Precision Lapping: Achieving ultra-flat surface requirements and extreme dimensional thicknesses (± 0.0001″) beyond standard milling capabilities.
Automated Inspection: Keyence optical measurement systems integrated into the workflow for instant dimensional verification and 100% repeatability.
Industrial Texturing: Full in-house capability for Sandblasting (bead/media) and Graining (linear/brushed) to meet aesthetic and functional specs.
Edge Conditioning: High-standard deburring and cleaning to ensure burr-free parts ready for immediate clean-room or assembly-line use.
Integrated Logistics: One-stop-shop processing that reduces lead times and shipping costs by eliminating third-party finishing vendors.
Custom Machining & Fabrication
Custom work is our specialty. Whether you need a single prototype, a small production run, or a hard-to-machine component, our team is equipped to deliver. We routinely work with challenging materials like Hastelloy, Inconel, stainless steel, and aluminum—handling each with precision and care.
In-house Machining Capabilities
With a full-service machine shop located on-site, we keep your project under one roof, from start to finish. Our facility features CNC lathes, mills, and grinders, along with conventional equipment for specialized tasks. In-house machining means faster lead times, strict quality control, and the flexibility to adapt quickly to design changes or urgent requirements.
Engineering & Design Support
Have an idea but need help bringing it to life? Our experienced engineering team is here to help. Using SolidWorks, we can assist with everything from initial concept and 3D modeling to refining your existing designs for better performance or manufacturability.
Precision & Quality Assurance
When precision matters, Validyne delivers. Our machinists work to tight tolerances with a focus on accuracy, repeatability, and consistency. Every part is inspected using our Keyence 3D Profilometer and verified against your specifications. Our robust quality management system, backed by ISO9001:2015 and AS9100D:2016 certifications, ensures that your components are built right the first time—every time.
